Where we ship
Toasted ships within the United States only. State law on hemp-derived beverages varies and continues to change, so we ship only where these products are permitted.
We currently ship to: California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Wyoming.
If your state is not listed, you can still browse the site, but you will not be able to complete checkout. We review this list regularly and add states as the law allows, so it is worth checking back. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for compliance reasons, and if we cancel for that reason you will be refunded in full.
Age requirement
All orders require a purchaser who is 21 or older. See our Age Verification Policy for details.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75 are charged a flat $7.95.
On the 3-Flavor Trial Pack, the product is free and you pay the $7.95 flat shipping rate only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET may begin processing the following business day.
Transit time
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your distance from our fulfillment center. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves the warehouse. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Damaged, lost, or missing shipments
Cans are packed to protect against normal handling, but damage does occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us at admin@drinktoasted.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and the cans, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product cost less shipping.
